Converting eShop or ROM dump to cia

    Going back to my compliant against why No-Intro feels the need to convert eShop files to .3ds....

    As I understand it an installed game or an actual game cartridge both use the same updates and DLC. So at the end of the day these are going to be the same thing.

    This brings up the question is there any difference when you would convert a eShop or a ROM dump from a .3ds to a .cia? Obviously the CRC would be different, but fundamentally wouldn't they be the same?
