Howdy, I am the maintainer of a thread called "The Most Complete Amiibo Set" or MCAS for short. The Most Complete Amiibo Set is avaliable here. As amiibo release over time, we will need to attain dumps of them. And that is what this thread is for. Attaining new dumps from you. So, with that said, here's how you can help. How to easily dump Amiibo As of now there are two ways to dump Amiibo properly, with an NFC Equipped Android Device or with the N2 Elite Reader/Writer on a Windows PC. As a general rule of thumb, we only accept Amiibo bins of 540B size or 572B size, with 572B being preferred. The instructions here will teach you a method to dump 572B sized ones. Since NFC Android Phones are quite common, I'd like to provide a basic tutorial on how to dump amiibos with one, properly. It's important to note that this this process does not require an Amiiqo or N2 Elite device. Enable Apps from Unknown Sources on your android phone's settings. Download and Install the latest N2 Elite app from here. Verify that your Android Phone has NFC turned on. Open the N2 Elite app, where it will prompt you to scan a tag. Place the Amiibo you wish to dump flat on the back of your phone. You will hear a scan sound. Either the Amiibo will appear on screen, or a Black ? will. (At this point you may also edit the settings for the app, allowing you to change where the dumps will go on your phone's filesystem) Tap "Dump" Scan the Amiibo again. Type in the name if the Amiibo if it's not already filled in or leave it as Null and I'll sort it out once you send it to me. (I know how to identify an amiibo by the bin file itself usually) Upload the Amiibo Bin somewhere and post it here or send me a PM. If you intend to dump a large number of Amiibo, I recommend creating a folder in storage/emulated/0 called "Amiibo" and after scanning your Amiibo, clicking settings and setting the backup directory to there instead, so you don't end up with a massive amount of junk on the main folder of your phone. In any case, as you can see, dumping Amiibo is quite easy and it'd be of a great help to this community if you could dump yours if you have any of the missing ones. We accept any dump, and if your dump has a save file on it, we will remove said save file before adding it to the public folder, so no worries there. I keep a maintained list of the currently missing amiibo on post #3 of the Most Complete Amiibo Set thread- head over there if you'd like to see where our collection stands. Here's a link to the post with the list. Wanna talk to us? We have IRC: Join #N2Elite on Efnet. You can contact me directly on Discord at CheatFreak#3799.
