User D0c3 on gbatemp has created many useful homebrew lately, one of which is called "Decrypt9". Using this, you can remove the update nag from emunand very easily.
This is only useful for N3DS users since they're still on emunand 9.5 and can't use the latest firmware as of now.
You'll need a clean sysnand that doesn't have an update nag for this to work, as you'll be transferring import.db to emunand.

    You can download Decrypt9 HERE

    1. You need a way to launch the homebrew launcher. Such as homemenuhax/themehax, browserhax, Ninjhax, IronHax, etc. Assuming you're on 9.2 or below.

    2. Launch Decrypt9 from the homebrew launcher

    3. Choose sysnand options

    4. Choose file dump...

    5. Choose dump import.db

    6. Now go back to the previous menus and choose emunand options

    7. Go to file inject

    8. Choose inject import.db

Now you should have a nag free emunand!
